We begin with a hand-drawn sketch.Once you approve the design and decide to proceed with a computer-generated 3D CAD model, a non-refundable design fee will be applied to the final quote .

 

Gemstone and Diamond Sourcing Policy

 

Once gemstones or diamonds are picked and sourced for your custom piece , we require full payment for any stones before moving forward with the design process, this policy allows us to secure your selected stones immediately , as availability cannot be guaranteed without payment.

For each design , we use Jewelry 3D CAD designing program , it may require up to one week to complete the rendering process for you to see how it look from every angle.Here where you are allowed to make adjustments.The prongs in the images may appear taller than expected, but this is the part of the design process.We leave them high to ensure a secure and precise stone setting.After setting ,they'll be expertly shaped and polished for a flawless finish.

Please note that multiple design changes may incur an additional fee for the extra time and work involved in revising your piece.

Once your design is approved, we will create a wax model of your piece.You are welcome to visit us in person to view the model and see how your design comes to life and every detail aligns with your vision before we move forward with production.

Yes, We require a 70% deposit after sending you the estimate, this insures we can begin crafting your custom piece , casting or stone setting.This deposit is non-refundable If you decide to cancel your order.Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable.Full payment upon receipt of your custom work.

All our custom jewelry is handmade , tailored to your exact specifications. One you approve the design , crafting your unique piece from scratch takes 3-4 weeks production time from start to finish.

We highly encourage starting your engagement ring journey early If you're planning a proposal , as creating a custom piece takes time.Alternatively , planning your proposal after the ring is in your possession ensures everything goes smoothly and exactly as planned.

 

If you have a wedding date set and we've previously created your engagement ring , we highly recommend starting the process for your wedding band early to ensure it's ready in time for your big day.

If this is your first time working with us , we also encourage you to visit us as soon as possible to allow plenty of time to create the perfect band that complements your engagement ring and vision.

We understand that accidents can happen. For small diamonds, we offer free replacement within the first six months of receiving your jewelry. After that period, any replacements or repairs will incur a fee. Please note that we do not cover or replace larger stones.

All custom pieces come with a detailed Jewelry Appraisal, which can be used to insure your jewelry through your preferred insurance provider. We strongly encourage our clients to secure insurance to protect their valuable pieces for added peace of mind.
